Review working drawings against marketing brochures, trade meeting notes, schedule B, contract package.
Attend design meetings with trades for HVAC, Floor, windows, electrical layouts, exterior cladding.
Review all working drawings for OBC compliance and Builder Standards.
Coordinate and backcheck redline revisions with consultants.
Coordinate final truss, floor, and HVAC layouts with trades.
Review preliminary model lists and issue final tendering version
Coordinate working drawing for various deck conditions and priority lot upgrade designs.
Coordinate model certification and permit packages
Coordinate Issue for construction package for site use.
Review and coordinate Inspiration Studio support documents including data locations, window operator location, and interior light fixture/switch locations
Coordinate new sales offices/model home working drawings and assist with building permit application through the Development
Assist sites in problem resolution including on-site investigation and follow up documentation
