Qualification Details:

1. Position: Director(Mining)

2. Job Description And Responsibilities:  Director (Mining) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to Chairman and Managing Director. He will be responsible for planning, development, production and operation of the opencast/ underground mines and benefication plants of the company. He will be required to participate in all policy making decisions and oversees and controls all matters relating to mining.

3. Qualification: The applicant should be an engineering graduate preferably in Mining engineering from a recognized University/ Institute with good academic record. Applicants with MBA will have an added advantage.

4. Experience: The applicant should possess adequate experience at a senior level of management in an organization of repute. Experience in dealing with metalliferous mines and mine related projects will have an added advantage

5. Pay Scale: Rs. 180000-340000 (IDA)

6. Duration Of Appointment: The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Age: Minimum 45 Maximum 60 years
